Acquisition process | What do we expect?

Supplier management is one of the cornerstones of our purchasing process. Due to the large quantity of high quality technological products and tailored items, Neopost Technologies attaches considerable value to a good relationship with its suppliers; this relationship can result in partnership agreements.

The Purchasing department uses its own methodology in which the goods and services to be acquired are categorised according to the effect on the gross margin per product and the purchasing risks. Based on this subdivision, the approach to each supplier and the further relationship can be determined.
